Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
Physician’s Skin Solutions requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. You may leave a voicemail at our office 24/7. The time/date will be recorded. All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice (and all missed appointments) will be subject to a charge of $100 prior to rescheduling.
Product Sales:
Products must be returned unopened, within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit in the amount of the product sold.
Prescription (Rx) level products are NOT returnable.
Treatment Packages:
All Treatment Packages expire one year from the purchase date.
