Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
Physician’s Skin Solutions requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations. You may leave a voicemail at our office 24/7. The time/date will be recorded. All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (and all missed appointments) will be subject to a charge of $100 prior to rescheduling.
Beginning January 1, 2022, Physician’s Skin Solutions requires proof of full Covid vaccination for entry to the office. We have implemented this policy to safeguard the health of our clients and staff. Please bring your vaccination card and ID card to your appointment for confirmation of Covid vaccination status. It is important that you arrive on time as we are limited in the number of people allowed in the office due to social distancing guidelines. We are not able to accommodate children under age 18 in the office, all patients need to come unaccompanied by friends/family. ALL PERSONS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK WHILE IN THE OFFICE. You must notify the office if you have had any potential COVID exposures, or if you or anyone in your household is ill or has a fever, cough or any infectious symptoms.
Products must be returned unopened, within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit in the amount of the product sold.
Prescription (Rx) level products are NOT returnable.
All Treatment Packages expire one year from purchase date.
